Please review all policies prior to booking. Booking an appointment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below. PAYMENTS • All remaining balances are due at the START of service • Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking • No partial payments unless previously approved ⸻ PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW INSTALLS/LOC ESTABLISHMENTS • For installs: hair must be shampooed and blown straight (unless otherwise instructed) • Hair must be fully detangled — a comb/brush should pass from root to ends • Failure to follow preparation requirements may result in cancellation with no refund ⸻ SCALP HEALTH POLICY • Clients must have a healthy, manageable scalp to receive services • Visible conditions (excessive buildup, flakes, irritation, etc.) must be treated prior to appointment. Special treatment services are available when booked prior to service. Can be added to service during appointment for cost of the service plus a $20 fee as it will cut into next appointment. • Services may be refused if scalp condition is not suitable — no refunds will be issued ⸻ MICROLOC MAINTENANCE POLICY • Clients must remain on their personalized re-tie schedule (typically 4–8 weeks) as established during consultation or prior appointments • Microloc re-ties exceeding 11 weeks will require a mandatory $50 consultation to assess the condition of the hair, determine necessary repairs, and bring the hair back to Alyssa’s standards. Repair fees will be discussed and applied. • A $25 per week late fee will be added to the service cost for every week beyond your established re-tie schedule • Excessive time between appointments may result in additional service time, repair work, or rescheduling ⸻ LATE + NO SHOW POLICY • Please arrive on time for your appointment • Late arrivals may result in shortened service or cancellation • A $20 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes •Cancellation within same day/ or 24 hours of appointment will forfeit deposit. •Re-Schedules done well before appointment can be done so with the same deposit ONCE before new deposit is required. • No-call/no-shows will forfeit deposit and require full payment to rebook ⸻ GUEST POLICY • No extra guests allowed (including children) • This ensures a private, professional, and focused service environment ⸻ SERVICE GUARANTEE • Results are based on hair condition, maintenance, and client compliance • I provide professional, high-quality work — maintenance and aftercare are the client’s responsibility ⸻ PREMIUM SERVICE OPTIONS SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS • Sunday services are available for an additional $50 on top of service cost • Fee is due at booking along with deposit • Must call or text 314-643-8131 with desired date, time, and service • If accepted, deposit and Sunday fee must be paid immediately to secure appointment ⸻ EARLY BIRD/AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS • Early Bird appointments (starting between 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM) are available •AFTER HOURS 6pm or later M-F or after 4pm on Saturday • Additional $50 fee will be applied to service total ⸻ FINAL NOTE Consistency, preparation, and respect for time are essential to delivering the quality, precision, and professionalism that Loc Lingo & More by Alyssa is known for.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable nor transferable. For appointments cancelled/rescheduled within a 24 hours there is 50% service charge.
